My father Wilbur F. Miller graduated from Radio College of Canada on 23 October, 1942. He followed this with radar studies at the RCAF school at Clinton, Ont.

He went on to join the RCAF, stationed in Gander, Newfoundland. As an LAC, he serviced radars aboard B-24 Liberators which hunted German U-boats in the North Atlantic.

Richard W. Miller, VY2RWM

P.S.   I signed off as VY2RWM. We keep radios in the family.
