Year Veteran Employee of Federal Depts., of Transport & Communications He was the dearly loved son of the late Herbert and Doris Fraser, nee` Leverock of the West Indies. Mr. Fraser was the cherished husband of Carol Fraser (nee` Leckie) of Perth, and he will be profoundly missed by his loving son,, Michael (Angely) Fraser of Toronto, and his cherished daughter, Lori (Gary Puckering) Berketa, of Ottawa. Treasured Grandpa to Clarissa, Brenton, Ashley, Rostam, Hayley and Matthew. Wonderful cousin to Heather (Walter) Greubel, of Hamilton, and Peter (Lorraine) Griffin of Port Credit.
I had the privilege of working with John at Industry Canada (former Department of Communications) for many years. John was a wonderful man with a great sense of humour who never uttered an unkind word about anyone. John will be missed. To his family, I extend my sincerest condolences.

My Deepest regrets to Carol and Family. I first met John in Toronto as a new Radio Inspector of DOT. A wonder fellow to work with and as an associate during his later career in Ottawa.
